"The quality has definitely gone down in recent years. You can feel the difference between the older bags and this newer one. One other thing I don't like is the back padding is lacking. Just like an extra cm of padding or rigidness would have been nice."

Backpack is exactly what I wanted and has really useful features such as side or top access for laptops, two side packets for drink bottles. The straps are comfortable especially with the crossover at the front (purchased separately) overall excellent experience and product."
"Have a petite daughter starting secondary school and needed something relatively compact, with a good back and shoulder support. This backpack is exactly it! The height of the bag provides enough internal space for all day-to-day school stuff, including stuffing a midweight jacket in if the weather gets warmer during the day. But the relatively narrow depth means the bag cannot be overfilled so to hang backwards, hurting a growing child’s back. 3 practical pockets for smaller stuff and a laptop/chromebook internal pocket that’s also accessible from a side zipper make this backpack absolutely perfect, beautiful and practical. Can’t recommend it enough!"

"I just love that the bag is big enough to take more than enough of my work (laptop and docking station) and gym (clothes&sneakers) essentials. Initially, I thought it was too big for work but the first day I used, it offered a lot of support and I had no back or shoulder aches even though I carried so much stuff in it."
